SPEED CAMP 2025
The PCC SPEED CAMP is a Sprint and Time Trial camp is located in Rock Hill at their 250m velodrome.
There are 3 domains we will address:
a) speed
b) technique
c) tactics
Camp is BEST for Match Sprint, Scratch, f200, standing 500/1k/pursuit.
Schedule:
a) friday- top speed development+technique (flying efforts, moto, etc)
b) saturday- starts+tactics
c) sunday- conditioning+drills
